Simulated Process Printing

Simulated process printing is printing a photorealistic design on dark shirts without using CMYK separation or inks, but instead uses spot colors & halftones. Simulated process is a more difficult process of printing, & you need a very good prepress/photoshop separator. Good quality, high resolution art, printed with a high mesh count & an experienced printer to print these are key in achieving this sort of design.
